Chairman

​Ted joined MPI in 1984 as a recruitment consultant and during the following years recruited for companies such as Mercury Communications, the BBC, Cray Communications and British Aerospace. Dedicated to the company from the beginning he was even known to ride his bike round London to make sure paperwork was delivered to clients and candidates on time.

Ted was promoted to Personnel Manager in 1994 and then appointed to the board in 1999 taking more responsibility for company policies and employment law issues.

​

In 2004 he became Managing Director of MPI Limited and MPI Aviation Limited taking overall responsibility for all MPI companies as a result.

​

After years of successfully growing the business, Ted transitioned to Chairman in 2018, championing internal promotion to lead MPI into its next chapter. Committed to preserving MPI’s values and legacy, he continues to provide guidance and support, ensuring the company remains a leader in its industry while preserving it's culture of growth, innovation, and opportunity for future generations.
